This is a Franciscan Crown Chaplet or Seraphic Rosary made with Lapis Lazuli beads, an Ave Maria/Miraculous Medal Centerpiece, an Immaculate Heart Medal, and a San Damiano Crucifix. Unlike a normal 5-decade Rosary, the Franciscan Crown Chaplet has seven decades, upon which one reflects upon the Seven Joys of Mary.
